Services & Conditions I Treat

Healing is rarely about one thing. The body is a system and when one part is struggling, the rest will compensate, adapt, and eventually speak up.

My practice is built on the belief that lasting relief comes from understanding the whole picture. Below is a look at the conditions I treat and the therapies I use — but know that your care will always be uniquely yours.

how i work

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

A gentle, hands-on technique that works with the central nervous system — from the cranium to the sacrum — to release deep restrictions, regulate the autonomic nervous system, and reduce systemic inflammation. Exceptionally effective for migraines, trauma, TMJ, cognitive fog, and chronic fatigue.

Visceral Mobilization

"The Organ Connection" Your organs have movement, too. Addressing the motility and mobility of the bladder, bowel, and other organs can resolve tension, improve digestion, release post-surgical adhesions, and reduce pain in ways that purely muscular approaches often miss.

Myofascial Decompression (MFD)

Silicone cupping used therapeutically to decompress scar tissue, improve fascial mobility, support nervous system down-regulation, and assist with chronic tension patterns. This is particularly effective for C-section scar recovery and thoracolumbar tightness.

Pregnancy & Birth Preparation

Drawing on Spinning Babies® techniques and pelvic biomechanics, this work prepares the body for birth by optimizing fetal positioning, balancing the pelvis and dural tube, and preparing the perineal tissues; giving confidence and physical readiness for labor.

SomatoEmotional Release

The body holds what the mind cannot always access. Within the safety of an OT-guided therapeutic frame, we gently facilitate the release of emotional tension stored in pelvic and craniosacral tissues — supporting healing for those whose pain is rooted in trauma, chronic stress, or years of emotional suppression.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Far more than strengthening exercises, pelvic floor therapy addresses the full mechanical and neurological function of the pelvic region. Through internal and external assessment, manual trigger point release, biofeedback, bladder and bowel retraining, and prolapse management, we restore balance and function to your most foundational structures.

Every person's healing is different. But here are some of the changes clients commonly describe:

  • Moving through the day without bracing for pain
  • Laughing, sneezing, or exercising without leakage
  • Falling asleep — and staying asleep
  • Intimacy that feels comfortable and safe again
  • A nervous system that finally feels like it can rest
  • Clearer thinking, better energy, less overwhelm
  • Feeling at home in your body again

Your outcome is the goal. We build toward it together.
