Bluebird Holistic & Pelvic Therapy operates on a cash-based model. This model allows me to make your therapy experience individualized and meaningful. Sessions are $125 per hour for all services. I accept cash, check, and debit/credit/HSA/FSA cards; returned checks carry a $30 fee.
It is important to note that when using this model, you do not need a referral to begin therapy—both Idaho and Washington are direct access states—so you can optimize your health when it works best for you! Please book out any and all appointment times and dates that work best for you!
Another way to help manage the cost of your care is through a superbill, which I am happy to provide. A superbill is essentially a detailed receipt designed for insurance companies, listing the services you received, the appropriate billing codes (CPT and ICD-10), and my provider information. You can submit this to your insurance company to help cover your sessions through out-of-network benefits. Most clients find this process straightforward, and I make it as simple as possible—so you have the documentation you need without any extra stress. Each insurance plan is different, so it’s a good idea to check with your insurance carrier and to understand your plan coverage and submission process.
