The question I hear most often is: "How did you end up doing this?" The honest answer is; this work found me as much as I found it.
I grew up in Kansas, curious about how people work. Not just physically, but in every dimension. How the way we live, the roles we carry, and the stress we absorb all find their way into our bodies. That curiosity took me to Kansas State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Public Health. It kept pulling me forward to the University of New England in Portland, Maine, where I earned my Master's in Occupational Therapy.
But the most important part of my education didn't happen in a classroom.
As a young wife, mother, and full-time professional, I discovered what so many of my clients already know firsthand: there is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from pouring yourself into every role while quietly ignoring what your own body is trying to tell you.
I realized how many of us carry a hidden hurt; a systemic tension that keeps us in a state of low-grade overwhelm.
We adapt. We compensate. We push through. Until our bodies ask us to stop.
That lived experience changed everything about how I practice. I'm not just treating a symptom. I'm sitting with a whole person, understanding their whole life, and helping them find their way back to it.
As an Occupational Therapist, I don't just ask where it hurts — I ask how you live.
Occupational Therapy is the science of meaningful living. My role is to identify how physical dysfunction is interfering with the things that matter most to you: caring for your children, being present at work, enjoying intimacy with your partner, sleeping through the night, moving through your day without bracing for pain.
By specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy, I've built a practice that honors the deep connection between your nervous system, your structure, and your story. Every session is a blend of evidence-based clinical technique and intuitive, careful listening.
I work with individuals across all walks of life — though much of my practice centers on women navigating the physical and emotional complexity of their bodies. I also work with men and people of all genders managing pelvic health concerns, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation.
I believe your time and energy are your most precious resources. My commitment is to offer you the quality care, undivided attention, and therapeutic space to release the burdens you've been carrying — so you can return to your most authentic self.
We move at your pace. We go as deep as you're ready to go.
And I'll be here, every step of the way.
i am so glad you're here
